ClipNET, a service operated by The Ross Media Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal and platform-related information when you use our software, website, and related services (“Services”).

By using ClipNET, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

a. Account Information

• Email address, username, and third-party OAuth profiles (e.g., Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Discord)
• Plan selection, billing details (processed via Stripe)

b. Stream Data

• Audio, video, and metadata from your connected Twitch streams and VODs
• Clip segments created by our AI systems or by users
• Uploaded branding, overlays, and content preferences

c. Chat and Public Interaction Data

• Twitch Chat messages from your stream (live or VOD) that are publicly visible
• These messages are stored with timestamps and may be analyzed to improve clip scoring, generate titles, or enable ClipBOT features

d. Usage & Technical Data

• IP address, browser type, device info, and usage behavior
• System logs and analytics for performance and debugging
• Cookies and Tracking. We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to analyze usage, personalize content, provide support, and improve the Services. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate, score, and deliver AI-enhanced short-form clips
• Customize content recommendations and clip styles
• Provide auto-posting, ClipBOT notifications, and social sharing features
• Analyze Twitch chat and stream activity to improve clip relevance
• Respond to support requests and system diagnostics
• Fulfill legal or compliance obligations
• AI Model Training and Marketing. We may use clips, audio, video, and associated metadata processed through the Services to train, improve, and evaluate our artificial intelligence models. We may also use generated or user-submitted clips in marketing, promotional materials, or demonstrations of platform features.

Public Chat Data

ClipNET may analyze publicly accessible Twitch chat messages associated with your broadcasts. These messages are never used to identify individual users unless already publicly attributed.

Twitch Chat Usage:

ClipNET may access and process publicly available Twitch chat messages associated with your live broadcasts or VODs in order to improve clip scoring, virality detection, and platform functionality. These messages may be quoted or referenced in AI-generated titles, clip metadata, or ClipBOT announcements. If you wish to opt out of chat-based analysis, you may do so via your dashboard or by contacting support.

We do not collect or process private Twitch messages or whispers.

Connected Platform Integrations

ClipNET integrates with several third-party platforms to deliver its services, including:

• Twitch
• Discord
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Instagram
• Facebook
• Twitter/X
• PumpFUN

These integrations allow us to post content, send community notifications, manage OAuth-based account access, and automate content delivery. We only access information and permissions explicitly granted by you via these platforms (e.g., post-on-behalf scopes, webhooks, or chat access).

You can revoke access at any time via your ClipNET dashboard or directly through the settings pages of the connected platform.

We do not access private messages, direct messages, or non-consented personal data from any third-party service.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

Trusted service providers (e.g., Stripe, Cloudinary, OpenAI, Google, RunPod)

Platform APIs (e.g., Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Meta, X) to post or retrieve user-authorized data

Legal authorities when required by law

Sub-Processors. We engage trusted third-party service providers, including but not limited to Stripe (payments), Cloudinary (media storage), RunPod (AI compute), OpenAI (AI processing), and Google Cloud (infrastructure). Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit

Access to internal systems is limited by role and tracked for auditing

We store user-configured settings for ClipBOT’s messaging style and frequency to customize in-chat interactions.

Retention. We retain personal data, clips, and related records only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Deleted accounts are purged from active systems within 30 days, and logs or backups are retained no longer than 90 days unless legally required otherwise.

Breach Notification. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay and, where required by law, within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach.

OAuth tokens are encrypted and can be revoked at any time via your dashboard

Cross-Border Transfers. Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where privacy laws may differ. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers, provided that we implement appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Access or update your profile information
• Disconnect any OAuth service (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Discord)
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of chat-based analysis
• If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, you may have additional rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and the right to restrict or object to certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We honor these rights to the extent required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

ClipNET is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. If you are aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us directly via email clipnet@therossmediagroup.com.
